Where do your prices come from?+
From the official transaction registry of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) — actual closed-deal prices. Listing prices are usually inflated by 10–20%.
Do I pay you a commission as a buyer?+
For off-plan property the developer pays the commission — it's free for you. For ready property we agree the terms upfront and transparently.
Do you only help buy, or also sell?+
Both. For buyers I shortlist and guide the deal; for owners I value the apartment against real DLD transactions and help sell it.
